Thank you for choosing our custom-felt product! We strive to create unique and personalized items that meet your expectations. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction with your customized felt product.

1. Cancellation Policy:

   1.1. Cancelation Before the Artist Begins the Production:

  • If you decide to cancel your order within 48 hours, we will provide a full refund of the order value.
  • Please contact our customer service team via contact@furborn.com to request the cancellation and initiate the refund process.

   1.2. Cancelation Within 1 Month:

  • If you wish to cancel your order within 1 month of placing it, we can accommodate the cancellation but will refund only 40% of the order value.
  • This is due to the substantial time and effort our artists have already invested in the project.
  • To request the cancellation and initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team via contact@furborn.com

   1.3. Cancelation After 1 Month:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refund for cancellations made after 1 month of placing the order.
  • Our artists dedicate hundreds of hours to meticulously craft each custom felt product, and the cancellation at this stage would not allow us to recover the time and effort invested.
2. Return and Exchange Policy:

   2.1. Return Policy:

  • Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our felt products, we do not accept returns.
  • However, we ensure no risk for you by following a meticulous process.
  • Before shipping out your order, we will confirm the design and send you several photos of the product for your approval.
  • Prior to that, you can provide feedback to improve the design of your customized felt product. Only when you confirmed it, we will ship out the product.
