   3.2. The determination of the resolution method will depend on the nature and severity of the defect and the availability of replacement materials or products.

   3.3. If a repair or replacement is provided, the warranty will continue to apply to the repaired or replaced part for the remaining Warranty Period.

4. Exclusions and Limitations:

   4.1. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the custom pet felt product.

   4.2. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the custom pet felt product resulting from improper care, cleaning, or maintenance.
